DNA Testing
The cost of DNA Testing is £52.00 per test. Filly foals are subsidised, the cost for them will be £27.00. You will be invoiced by the Secretary for Registrations and all associated costs such as the DNA tests
Do not leave it until the last minute in October to contact the Secretary, place your order in good time.

Export Certificates
Please note that you have to apply for Export Certificates giving a minimum of 28 days clear notice to the Secretary.
This ruling has always been in place but it will now be strictly adhered to.

Stallion Covering Books
New covering certificate books have been printed for 2005. All coverings for any stallion must be noted in these new books as the old style will not be accepted by the Office. The Secretary will be sending the books out to stallion owners but if you do not receive one, please contact the Secretary immediately. Copy covering certificates must be returned to the Office by 15th September each year.

Registration Applications of Foals and Stallions
Please remember to contact the Secretary for all registration applications.
All dams must be DNA tested so please check to see if this has been done. If it has not, please remember to request a DNA kit for the mare.
Applications for foals born in 2007 must be made in good time, to arrive in the Society office by 30 September at the latest. The correct fees must accompany the application. It is no longer possible to accept applications from members with accounts outstanding to the Society.
Mares should be DNA'd to avoid delay in obtaining DNA reports on filly foals.
